Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Abracadabra Outlet BV . We take pride in the quality and sustainability of our sprayed cork coating products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Important: Sprayed cork coatings are considered custom/prepared goods and are often made to order. Therefore, once opened or applied, they cannot be returned or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used containers

  • Custom-tinted or special-order products

  • Spray equipment or accessories that have been used

  • Products returned after 14 days of delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging for insurance and quality control purposes.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate — at no additional cost to you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your support email] with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Please do not return any products without prior authorization.

Refunds

Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the item back at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
