Because of the nature of our products (spray cork, pigments, and coatings), we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products
  If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos and a description of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.

• Incorrect Items Received
  If you received the wrong product, notify us within 7 days, and we’ll correct the issue at no extra cost.

• We do not accept returns on opened, used, or custom-tinted items.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Need to cancel your order? You can do so within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us right away to cancel.

We process and ship most orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by location and customs clearance.

• Shipping Costs: Automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
