Because of the nature of our products (spray cork, pigments, and coatings), we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos and a description of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.

• Incorrect Items Received If you received the wrong product, notify us within 7 days, and we’ll correct the issue at no extra cost.

• We do not accept returns on opened, used, or custom-tinted items.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
